Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things come up, and I completely understand that plans may change. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Please note that:
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
If you have a scheduling conflict or need to cancel, please message me or cancel online. I truly appreciate your consideration and communication!
